Patricia A. Quigley, principal of Quigley Appraisal Company, Inc. has been a real estate appraiser since 1983. From 1988 to 1992 and now again since June 1999 she has owned and operated Quigley Appraisal Company, Inc. In 1992 she joined CoreStates Bank, where she was the Director of the Appraisal Unit that serviced both commercial and retail areas of the Bank and oversaw the development and provision of real estate consulting, review and appraisal services. She holds certifications as a general real estate appraiser in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the States of New Jersey and Delaware. She is an approved appraiser for FHA and VA loans. In 1991 she received her Senior Residential Appraiser (SRA) designation from the Appraisal Institute.
